Founded in 2022 by friends Lilli and Britney, the pair wanted to create a safe place for females in the music industry to proudly share their work. The passion the pair had for concert photography and journalism is what helped motivate the pair to break barriers in the music industry and help other aspiring fans reach their goals.
Lilli Newhouse
Lilli is an 19-year-old music photographer based in Denver. With a camera in hand and an unwavering love for the stage, in March of 2022 she embarked on her journey to capture the magic, the energy, and the essence of live performances. Through her lens, She has had the incredible opportunity to photograph a multitude of her favorite artists, bringing their talent and artistry to life. Each snapshot has allowed her to freeze time and create lasting memories, preserving the essence of unforgettable performances. She strives to convey the raw emotions, electrifying stage presence, and unique personalities of the musicians she photographs. With an unwavering dedication to my craft, she meticulously composes each shot to encapsulate the energy and atmosphere of the live music experience.

Britney McVey
Britney is currently pursuing a BBA in Marketing at Texas Woman’s University where she also runs a k-pop dance group. Her love for journalism began during her first year of high school and continued to grow, ultimately helping her find herself wanting a future in the music industry. In her free time, you can find her playing video games, editing photos, or at a concert. Her passion for music developed at a young age through a variety of genres and she is excited to share her interests with the Social Casualty community.
