“24 years after hosting the first-ever U.S. race, Denver welcomed the world's wildest downhill race back home! After an 18-year hiatus, Red Bull Soapbox Race returned to Denver and put together a show-stopping course at Empower Field at Mile High to give the city the thrill that has been entertaining fans all over the globe for decades.

Forty-six teams put fear on the backburner as they made their way to the top of the start ramp to ascend the 30-ft drop straight into the course full of turns and drops with hopes of making it to the finish line without a scratch on their homemade crafts.

Teams were judged on creativity, showmanship and speed by a panel of judges who know a thing or two about competition and action-packed fun, including Denver Broncos Offensive Lineman Quinn Meinerz, Mexican actor and internet personality Juanpa Zurita, Red Bull Freeski Athlete and Olympian Bobby Brown, Red Bull Air Force aerialist and world record holder Amy Chmelecki, and content creator Samantha MacIntyre.

After an afternoon full of speed, crowd-pleasing crashes and surprise finishes, The Buttery Bros and their craft Butter Believe It ultimately made their way to the podium to be crowned champions of Red Bull Soapbox Race Denver.

The Red Bull Soapbox Race is a global event that celebrates creativity, humor, and adrenaline. Teams design and build imaginative, non-motorized soapbox cars and race them down challenging courses filled with twists, ramps, and obstacles. Judged on speed, creativity, and showmanship, participants bring wild designs to life, from rockets to tacos, creating a spectacle of both engineering and entertainment. ” - Via Yulissa Cortina & Red Bull
