A Night of Classic Rock with Three Dog Night and Ambrosia

Classic rock fans are in for a treat - Three Dog Night has announced a tour with Ambrosia as their special guest! The tour also features John Ford Coley.

Formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1967, Three Dog Night has been making waves in the rock music industry ever since. The band has had 21 Billboard Top 40 hits, with 3 of those songs making it all the way to number 1. The current lineup of the band includes Danny Hutton (vocals), Michael Allsup (guitar, non-touring), Paul Kingery (vocals, guitar), Pat Bautz (drums, vocals), David Morgan (vocals), Howard Laravea (keyboards), and Timothy Hutton (bass, vocals).

Also from Los Angeles, California, is Ambrosia, which was formed in 1970. Ambrosia also heralds five Billboard Top 40 hits, including two Top 5 hits and two Top 20 hits. The current lineup includes Joe Puerta (vocals, guitar), Burleigh Drummond (percussion, vocals), Christopher North (keyboards, vocals), Shem Von Shroeck (percussion, vocals), Doug Jackson (guitar, vocals), and Mary Harris (keyboards, vocals).

John Ford Coley hails from Dallas, Texas, and began his musical career in 1969 with a band called Southwest F.O.B., which gained one charting hit and toured with larger groups such as Led Zeppelin. He later joined several groups throughout the years, including the duo England Dan & John Ford Coley, which became a Grammy-nominated act. After a break from touring, he returned in 1996 and continues to tour today with a variety of acts.
