With a blend of nu-metal and thrash and 2000s vibes, Babe Haven is bringing the heat from North Carolina. Space they are a queer punk riot girl band that formed in 2021. With over 55,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and their 2024 album Nuisance they have earned the top spot on my list. The album is an unapologetic expression of being yourself. The 10 track album channels raw femme rage and different themes. Babe Haven is not afraid to be loud, confrontational, and themselves and that is exactly what makes their music fun to listen to!

Holy Wars
I was introduced to this band a few months ago and had a chance to see them live and that was an incredible experience to have been given. From California, Holy Wars is a dark pop/alt rock duo featuring Kat Leon and guitarist/producer Nick Perez. Their latest album Shadow Work/Light Work released in 2026 features standout songs like “Ceremony” and “Metamorphosis”, this is an album that will definitely keep pulling you back in with a dark atmosphere balanced with dramatic production. But if there is one thing I took away from seeing Holy Wars live, is that this is a band you need to experience in person. Kat Leon is nothing but pure energy on stage and it’s clear that she is passionate about her music and loves her fans. Currently finishing up a tour with Black Veil Brides, they are not taking a break. Holy Wars is bringing the fire back to the stage just fall, with Kingdom of Graves.

Showing Teeth
via Republic Records
If you love clean vocals, deathcore growls, and heavy music then this artist is perfect for you coming from Nashville, Tennessee and starting just only two years ago Addison has definitely made a name for herself in the metal industry and has already been a support for a sold out tour with President. Seeing Showing Teeth live is something that should be on your list of things to do. She creates a slow peaceful moment mixed with show stopping vocals and metal energy. With her latest release A Fate Worse Than Loneliness in 2026 showcasing highly top songs like “Labyrinth” and “Rip”. You can see that this band is different for most in this genre. That’s one thing I love about Showing Teeth is that you experience so much range in a single show you have the in your face moments but also the raw and emotional ones too hearing “Hellraiser” an unreleased song that's being performed on tour has been a hit at the show and I’m sure it’ll rise to the top of charts once it released.

From Berkely, California and female fronted, Like Roses it’s bringing back 2000s emo-pop punk giving listeners nostalgic feels with some fresh vibes. Their upcoming album After It Ends releases on October 22 with their new single "Holidays” giving us a tease into what I believe will be one of my favorite albums of the year. Currently on tour until March 7, 2027, there is plenty of time to catch him on tour and hear these amazing vocals live! “Holidays” has been on repeat for me since I first heard it and I want you to listen to it too!
